About The Leeway
Here at Compendium Living, we really care about communities. We want to help them thrive – and we want to help you thrive in them. The Leeway in Hull is a fantastic development of two, three and four bedroom homes, designed to regenerate the Ings area of the city.
The Caspon houses, closely tied to the identity of the area and community, were built in the 1980s, and were popular with city residents, thanks to their position beside the open countryside. However, it’s now time for Ings to enjoy a new chapter of development, in the form of The Leeway.
Our vision is to transform this area of the city, by filling the area with modern, functional and environmentally friendly homes, designed to breathe life into the area. Compendium Living is redeveloping and regenerating this area of Hull, making it a friendlier, more vibrant and altogether more modern part of the city.
Where open countryside meets the buzz of a waterfront city, you’ve found the ideal place to call home.
There are plenty of highlights to discover in Hull, including the historic old town, picturesque museum quarter and a popular theatre. Shopaholics will also love St Stephen’s shopping centre, one of the busiest and best retail parks in the region, where you can find all of your favourite high street shops, as well as a wide choice of places to eat and drink.
But city living doesn’t mean you have to miss out on the best bits of the countryside – you can find Sutton Park Golf Course and East Park, Hull’s largest park, nearby. With 130 acres of parkland, East Park has something for everyone, including a boating lake, water play area and one of the largest walk-through aviaries in the country.
