Buyers have snapped up twelve new homes on the final phase of building at Weston Heights. On the current release of homes, there remain seven left to buy. In time there will be 79 homes on the final phase of this Compendium Living housing development in Weston Coyney.
 
The seven remaining homes are three-bedroom homes with four different housetypes on offer, meaning that whatever the requirements of a family, couple or individual, there will be a home to meet their needs.

These three-bedroom homes start at just £124,800 with Help to Buy (full price £156,000).
