We have therefore decided to close all our show homes and marketing suites with immediate effect, and we are also starting to suspend our construction site activities until further notice.
We will continue all sales-related business by telephone or digital methods until further notice. New and existing customers can still contact our marketing suites and regional sales teams by telephone and through our new homes website. We are working on ways to continue to serve you in these difficult times. This includes offering telephone and video appointments for registering your interest through to reservation and throughout the sale process. We encourage you to use our website, where you can see the latest availability of new homes, pricing, download brochures and, in some cases, take virtual tours of our show homes. If you are a customer who has recently reserved a Compendium Living home but have not yet moved in, we assure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure your move goes smoothly and with minimal inconvenience to you. If you have a completion due to take place soon, our sales teams will be in touch to make specific arrangements.
We are beginning to suspend our site activities until further notice. There will be a limited operational presence in the short term to carry out the essential work of making the sites safe, and of course, attempting to hand over properties to clients and to any purchasers who are looking to move over the coming days. We remain committed to delivering new communities, and will work with our partners to ensure that our operations recommence as soon as possible. However, we need to be open and honest with you about the fact that your homebuying experience may be affected by COVID-19 safety measures. We will endeavour to keep you updated and informed of any changes.
For customers already living in a new Compendium Living home, our customer care provider, Lovell, will continue to provide the best after sales service they can, although please be aware that it may take longer to respond on some occasions as the situation develops. We will continue to prioritise emergencies.
