Regeneration specialist Compendium Living is inviting homebuyers in Hull to come and meet the team behind its popular The Leeway 2 development off Saltshouse Road.
The pioneering development locating in east Hull is currently on its second phase, providing Ings with a stylish selection of two, three and four bedroom homes and the team are on site ready to help homebuyers find their perfect Hull home. Working in the housing industry for two years, Rebecca Lovegrove has taken on the role of Sales Executive at the popular development, helping customers find their dream Compendium Living home and assisting them along their buying journey. Rebecca from Hull said: “It is vital customers have confidence in the team they are buying from, as buying a home is one of the biggest investments a person will make in their lifetime.
“Here at The Leeway we have a great selection of spacious and well built homes, available for all types of purchaser. We have a great team ready and waiting to help customers continue on or step onto the property ladder.” With 10 years’ experience in the housing industry, Adrian Clark is the site manager at The Leeway. Working at the development for just over a year, Adrian has been managing the build of each phase of the spacious homes available at the development, making sure each property is built to a high standard ready for moving into.
Andrew Gill has taken on the role of Project Manager at the development, working on all phases of the project for the last three years. After growing up in west Hull with his parents running a small house building business, Andrew decided to take the route of a bricklayer at the age of 16. He has since then worked throughout the industry gaining valuable knowledge and experience to bring to The Leeway.
The Leeway 2 is part of one of the biggest and most exciting housing regeneration programmes undertaken by Hull City Council, in partnership with registered provider Together Housing and Compendium Living, giving the Ings neighbourhood a new lease of life as it becomes a more sustainable and better place to live.
Due for completion at the end of 2019, the pioneering development will provide a total of 68 high quality new homes to meet local housing demand, as part of the wider regeneration project in east Hull that will result in Compendium Living providing over 700 new homes.
