With the continued success of The Leeway, regeneration specialist Compendium Living confirmed a new sponsorship deal with Betfred Super League club Hull Kingston Rovers earlier this year.
As one of the club’s biggest sponsors, Compendium Living now sponsors The East Stand at KCOM Craven Park as well as the turnstiles at the stadium for the next two years.
Compendium Living is currently building the second phase of homes at its Leeway development, located off Saltshouse Road in Ings, with Hull KR recently helping to officially open the developments two showhomes.
The Leeway is recognised as part of one of the biggest and most exciting housing regeneration programmes undertaken by Hull City Council, giving the Ings neighbourhood a new lease of life as it becomes a more sustainable and better place to live.
Due for completion at the end of 2019, the pioneering development of east Hull will provide a total of 68 high quality new homes to meet local housing demand, adding to part of the regeneration project that will result in a total of over 700 homes.
Hull KR CEO Mike Smith said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for the club to link up with a national company that is making a significant impact on our local community here in east Hull.
“It’s great news for Hull Kingston Rovers and for our commercial department in particular to bring a new sponsor of this level on board for the next two seasons and our thanks go to the team at SportsID and Designs for working so hard this week to install the new signage across the East Stand in such challenging weather conditions.
“Hopefully Compendium Living will benefit from the exposure of working with the club moving forwards and from having their brand broadcast internationally on a regular basis courtesy of our broadcast partners.”
Dave Bullock, Managing Director at Compendium Living said: “We are very excited to have partnered with Hull Kingston Rovers for 2018 and 2019.
“After such success with the first phase of the Leeway, and the award winning phase 3b, we are keen to continue to grow our presence within Hull with the Leeway 2, and there will be more phases of development to come.
“This is a long-term project aimed at improving the look of the area and contributing to re-building a strong, popular community. With our continued presence within Hull, we are very keen to show our support for the city, and we are delighted to have been given this opportunity with Rovers.”
With homes priced from £149,995, the marketing suite at The Leeway 2 is open from 10am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday.
