Trio of show homes set to open as super-successful Weston Heights moves into final phase

  • Trio of show homes set to open as super-successful Weston Heights moves into final phase

This month sees the much-anticipated launch of three outstanding show homes at Compendium Living’s fast-selling Weston Heights development in Weston Coyney.

The three flagship properties and brand-new marketing suite on Cross Street will open their doors on Saturday, 21 March, marking a milestone for the fourth - and final - phase of this highly popular development. An independent financial advisor will also be available on the launch day offering help and advice on homebuying options and mortgages.

Built by Lovell for Compendium Living, Weston Heights has already drawn a wide range of buyers to this brand-new, flourishing community. “We’re really excited to be unveiling the show homes which will welcome people to the final phase of 79 homes at Weston Heights. They really tell the story of why this has been such a successful scheme – and why there’s already so much interest from purchasers looking to secure a home of their own at this exceptional development,” says field sales manager Sian Lewin.

“Visiting our show homes will enable buyers to immediately experience the quality and design of these homes as well as appreciate the attractions enjoyed in this thriving community, not least an enviable location poised between the peace of the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands and the bustle of Stoke and the Potteries.”

Each of the new homes at the development has been carefully designed and built to the highest standards. Among the new show homes is the imaginative Tower house style – a stunning three / four-bedroom, three-storey home which offers spacious, well designed living accommodation including kitchen / dining room and generous living room with French doors to the garden on the ground-floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms, including the master bedroom with en-suite while on the second floor is a third bedroom, a fourth bedroom or study and a separate shower.

The other two show homes are the popular Kenwood and Leeswood house styles, two three-bedroom properties which would both make perfect family homes, offering flexible living accommodation and offering the great advantage of a garage.

The current release of homes at Weston Heights features a strong selection of three- and four-bedroom properties with three-bedroom homes starting at £169,000 (£135,200 price after Help to Buy Equity Loan *)  and four-bedroom homes from £189,950 (£151,960 price after Help to Buy Equity Loan *). Another great incentive is the availability of the Help to Buy scheme on all new homes at Weston Heights. The Government-backed Help to Buy initiative means purchasers need only find a five per cent deposit to secure a new home, backed with a 20 per cent equity loan from the Government which is interest-free for the first five years.

The equity loan is interest free for the first five years, and can be repaid at any time or when you sell your home. Subject to terms and conditions. Please ask for further details.
